When answering the question “what are you doing now” - I like to say that “I’m a Special Forces Ambassador of God cleverly disguised as a serial, start-up entrepreneur”. I also like to say “I’m happy to share some of the successes with you, but my failures (which I’m sorry but don’t have enough space to share here;-) are sometimes my greatest gifts to others.”  

For those that were just curious you can stop reading now;-)  If you feel compelled to have a bit more detail, here you go;-)

Since moving to Dallas in 1994 I have been blessed to have founded, owned and held executive level positions with several for-profit and not-for-profit entities across several industries and a variety of product, service and technology offerings.

My for-profit endeavors have included: 

An allied healthcare staffing and product service company based in Dallas, TX where I served as Vice President, The nation's largest Physician Recruiting Firm based in Irving, TX where I served as a Senior Consultant, a manufacturing company for the commercial coatings industry based in Huntington, IN where I served as President and a Majority Shareholder, a web-based nurse staffing company where I was the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Majority Share Holder and a web-based a variable staff and resource management software technology company where I was honored to serve as the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and majority shareholder.

My not-for-profit endeavors have included but have not been limited to:   

Executive membership since 1998 in a Dallas based CEO Advisory Council made up of presidents and owners of companies with annual revenues from $2M to $300M.  

Thirteen (13) years as a facilitator and participant in a weekly gathering of men endeavoring to deepen their Christian walk.  

Since 1999, Co-Founder, Sponsor and Event Coordinator for Special Love Ministries, which provides a monthly dance, dinner and entertainment for more than three hundred (300) special needs adults or other mentally handicapped young adults past high school age in the Lewisville, Texas area.  

An Executive Volunteer to an awesome program called The Prison Entrepreneurship Program (PEP) a 501(c)(3), Houston-based nonprofit organization, providing post-release entrepreneurial assistance to parolees in the greater Houston and Dallas and Fort Worth area.  

An Advisory Board Member for Abundant Life Ranch which provides equine partnered learning center and a residential place of hope, healing and restoration for girls between the ages of thirteen (13) and twenty nine (29) in physical and emotional crisis resulting from eating disorders, depression or other emotional insecurities.  

And for the last few years, a supporter and advisor to My House Ministries a non-profit organization founded by Arch and Sherry Bonnema for the purpose of restoring the lives of impoverished widows and orphans in third-world nations.  

In 2006 I founded my life’s dream - It's Feasible where I now serve with immense gratitude and joy as President and Chief Idea Evangelist. It’s Feasible is a for-profit business incubator and development company, that turns ideas, what we call Big Ideas, into profitable businesses and then endeavor to give 50% of the profits away to advance the Kingdom of God around the world.

An Uprising™ is a completely web-based and on-demand equipping ministry movement combining the mandate and methodologies of the first century Christian church with today’s cutting edge technologies designed to enable and support a massive, decentralized, highly organized, expeditiously equipped, infinitely expandable, locally focused and regionally impacting army of revolutionaries ? believers - with the training and tools necessary to practically integrate deeper levels of “abiding intimacy,” mandate to the perform the “greater works̶ that Jesus spoke of and a sincere desire to “advance the Kingdom of God” while enjoying the more “abundant life” in their everyday life.

It’s Feasible™ has developed a team of technical experts that assist in the development of BigIdeas on an as needed basis in the areas of software architecture, software development and deployment, database and network administration and security.

Trusted Advisors:

It’s Feasible™ has developed a team of trusted advisors that assist in the development of BigIdeas on an as needed basis in the areas of legal, tax, intellectual property and business strategy. Additionally, It’s Feasible™ maintains a network of business domain experts who are engaged on a case by case basis depending on the market niche of the BigIdea.

Angel Investors:

It’s Feasible™ is not a venture firm and for the most part only develops  BigIdeas it has the capacity to fund from internal resources.  In the event additional funding is needed to commercialize a BigIdeas, It’s Feasible™ has developed an audience of kingdom minded, qualified angel investors who are given opportunities on a case by case basis to participate in the capitalization of select BigIdeas of their interest.

Operators:

It’s Feasible™ does not serve as the operating company for the BigIdeas it creates and primarily endeavors to license its products or services to other operating companies for commercialization.

In the event however that a BigIdea is sufficiently feasible and a strategic commercialization partner cannot be identified, It’s Feasible™ will solicit qualified and competent operators to form a separate operating company and commercialize the BigIdea.
