The fourth phase of an It’s Feasible™ project - creation – is where we begin the actual creation process for the BigIdea and prepare it for commercialization. The creation phase consists of ongoing collaboration between It’s Feasible™ and an established team of creative, technical, legal and business talent whom work in an advisory capacity and have the opportunity to participate as stakeholders in each project.
The creation phase generally includes:
- Formal drafting of business plan and execution strategies
- Branding and product development
- Collateral development
- Corporate formation (if needed)
- Intellectual property prosecution
- Contract development
- Funding development (if needed)
- Exit strategy development
- Operator identification and commercialization partner identification
